Friday, May 20, 2022 –Nyandarua gubernatorial aspirant Waithaka Kirika Mwangi on Thursday May 19 confronted Kenya Kwanza running mate Rigathi Gachagua in a public rally.
The candidate went berserk on Mr. Gachagua for what he termed as de-campaigning him instead of allowing candidates to run free campaigns so that the best could win the August polls.
Mr. Mwangi who is vying on The Service Party TSP confronted Mr. Gachagua as Deputy President William Ruto looked on in shock.
And when it went on for far too long, Ruto had to start intervening to calm the storm as members of the public who were attending the rally watched in shock.
While scolding Gachgua, Mwangi claimed that the Mathira Member of Parliament was busy dividing the region in favour of only UDA candidates when the coalition of Kenya Kwanza had various candidates who all need support from top office which Gachagua is part of.
He warned Gachagua infront of Ruto not to continue crossing the red line because this will trigger a massive walk out.
