Citizen Tv Officially Finds Willis Raburu Replacement

Tuesday, October 3, 2023 –Azeezah Hashim has officially replaced Willis Raburu on 10 over 10 Citizen Tv show that airs every Friday night after news.

The NRG Radio presenter was unveiled on Tuesday October 3 noon in a statement by Royal Media Services RMS management.

The move will see Azeezah now host the youthful entertainment show which was a brainchild of Raburu who has since moved to rival Tv47.

Azeezah will co-host the show alongside Guddah Man sometimes known as Mega Hype Man who had already reported at work.

“The wait is finally over! Meet #10over10 Hosts on Citizen TV. Azeezah and Mega Hype Man,” Guddah Man added.

Citizen Tv announced that the new crew will officially start their journey at the station this Friday and asked viewers to stay tuned.

Reacting to the appointment, the duo only shared a short teaser while at the new work place; indicating that they were ready to take over from where Raburu left.

“It’s new mad energy. Vaibu tupu. Mambo ni vulaii (we are live) on 10 over 10,” an anonymous announcement said.

Azeezah and his colleague have promised to deliver a show like no other in their new role at the Citizen Tv studios.

Homenews.Co.ke has since learnt that Azeezah quit NRG Radio on September 9 to prepare for her new work with Citizen Tv.

She is also remembered for her stint at NTV where she hosted Teen Republik show.

Citizen Tv show 10-over-10 focuses on East African music mostly local Kenyan music and celebs who are invited to perform as well as for short sessions of interview breaks.

Comedian Oga Obinna has, in an acting capacity, been running the show.
