Friday, May 6, 2022 –Nairobi lawyer, Soyinka Lempaa, has exposed Nominated Member of Parliament David Sankok over his unbecoming character.
Through a lengthy Facebook post today Friday May 6, the city lawyer explained how the MP has been misusing his power to punish innocent locals from his own area.
From the expose’, at some point, Sankok conspired with rogue police officers to harass his poor driver and trump up charges against him in an effort to frustrate him for demanding his rightful dues.
“In 2019, nominated MP David Sankok sacked his driver, the driver came to us, we sued Sankok for him. The court ordered Sankok to pay his former driver some money.
“Sankok was quite mad with the orders of the court but he could do nothing. Indeed at one time, him and Michael Sialai were ordered to appear in court to explain why they could not comply with the order to pay the money,” the lawyer wrote.
According to the post, Sankok went to Narok Police Station and in collaboration with some corrupt police officers tried to manipulate the occurrence book to fit and fix an imaginary past crime by the driver .
The driver would then be picked up by police officers one Saturday from Narok, driven overnight to Nairobi where he was locked up the whole night in dingy cells at Parliament Police Station under express instructions from Mr. Sankok.
These other side of Sankok is now being revealed at the time he is being investigated after his own son died under suicide claims.
