Inspector General of Police Hillary Mutyambai has been dragged into the matter and he is now required to act on the orders or equally face court contempt charges.
Mutyambai is supposed to apprehend and avail DCI Kinoti in court to answer to charges relating to Jimi Wanjigi’s missing firearm.
“You are hereby commanded forthwith to apprehend the said Mr. George Maingi Kinoti and to bring him before this Court to answer to the said charge and to be further dealt with according to law,” the letter read in part.
