Thursday, August 22, 2024 –Directorate of Criminal Investigations DCI now wants help from members of the public to provide whereabouts of Kware suspect who is on loose.
In a public notice dated Thursday August 22, the DCI, while describing the Kware suspect Mr. Collins Jumaisi Khalusha as wanted criminal, called upon the public to assist with any relevant information in his whereabouts.
The DCI also promised a cash reward for anyone who will help unravel the hiding point of the jail bird who escaped from Gigiri Police Station on Monday August 20.
“A significant cash reward will be provided to anyone with credible information leading to the suspect’s arrest. The suspect is from Shiru Sublocation, Hamisi Subcounty in Vihiga,” read the statement in the published notice.
The Thursday newspaper notice also shared with it toll free number where the information can be transmitted, confidentially.
Khalusha left Gigiri Police Station together with other suspects in what early information has termed as an inside job.
The move has seen some unnamed junior and senior police officers interdicted over the same.
