Sunday, December 18, 2022 –Popular city lawyer Donald Kipkorir has pointed out how desperate and clueless Deep State walked around with billions seeking to meet Elections Chairman Wafula Chebukati but they could not find him.

Kipkorir was responding to political analyst David Makali’s tweet on whether the so called the Deep State existed or not, and said the Uhuru Kenyatta’s purported Deep State was a clueless entity that either existed, was with Ruto.

Ex-President Uhuru Kenyatta, Raila Odinga and other Azimio leaders at Karen on Tuesday night.

“Figment of their imaginations. They couldn’t get around Chebs,” Makali stated.

This is following the happenings on August 9 when the presidential general election and tallying process was taking place at the Bomas of Kenya.

And according to the lawyer, the Deep State failed to deliver a win for Azimio la Umoja candidate despite having all the wealth and power with them.

He added that they had money but they couldn’t get around Mr. Chebukati so that he could announce them the winners.

Korir alleged that starting August 9, the said State cabal was walking around with billions in cash with an aim of bribing the IEBC defiant chairman but their attempts were futile as they couldn’t get hold of him, anywhere.

“Imagine I am told they were walking around with billions in cash to give to give to Chebs and they Couldn’t reach him. Useless and Bogus!” he scoffed.

The IEBC chairman seemed unbothered with their monies, intimidation and threats and had made his decision on who he was going to announce as the president-elect.

President-Elect William Ruto receiving victory certificate at Bomas today Monday August 15.

This saw Wafula Chebukati emerge from his hideout with the IEBC presidential certificate which he handed United Democratic Alliance UDA Party candidate, William Ruto.

Ruto would then wade through the hurdles set on his way by the Deep State, way to the Supreme Court where he was validated by Chief Justice Martha Koome.
