Diamond Manager Babu Tale elected MP as Prof Jay loses seat

Reports reaching Homenews.co.ke desk have confirmed that Diamond Platnumz Manager Babu Tale is the new Morogoro East MP elect.

Babu Tale was elected unopposed in the just concluded Tanzania General Elections that also saw President John Pombe Magufuli relected for a second term.

Diamond’s friend was running on Magufuli’s Chama Cha Mapinduzi Party CCM in which he beat a former Assistant Minister during their party nominations.

This is happening after Tale recently buried his wife who succumbed to short illness a afew months ago.

Reports on our desk further shows that Rapper Mwana FA also won a Muheza Constituency parliamentary seat in the elections.

On the other hand, Professor Jay could not retain his seat after he lost to a less known entrant who beat him hands down.

And after Babu Tale’s good news on a new job, it will be interesting to see how he will still double in both the entertainment and leadership posts he now holds with shoulders high.
