Friday, January 27, 2023 –Just months after Felix Odiwuor aka Jalang’o left Kiss 100, his co-presenter Kamene Goro has also signed out, officially.
Bidding bye to her loyal fanbase on Friday January 27 morning, the gorgeous Goro delivered a long emotional goodbye from the Radio Africa empire where she has been for atleast five years.
To be precise, Ms Goro joined Radio Africa Group as a presenter at Kiss 100 radio in the year 2019 where she started hosting a vioral morning breakfast show with Andrew Kibe who also left. Mr. Kibe was fired in 2020.
Jalango who is now the Lang’ata area Member of Parliament would quickly replace Kibe and started working together until his exit last year when he had to switch careers to politics.
And today Friday, Goro also bid goodbye to his fans saying it was that time she has to create space for another person to also shine.
“It is that final day and today marks the last day of me on Kiss FM,” she started off her goodbye message.
She lauded comedian Obinna for being there for her and together ran a traffic-filled show every morning despite the challenges.
“It’s been almost four years, and for all of the things we have gone through together, you have been an amazing co-host,” she told Obinna.
On his part, Obinna noted that he will definitely miss her because they have been working like a family and, further, she is the one who ushered him into the studios.
