Wednesday, September 8, 2021 -Kenya’s Equity Bank has this week introduced an option that will help its clients to check their bank balances with a lot of ease.
Breathing a sigh of relief to its clients this week, bank’s management articulated that customers will be able to access their bank transactions details from the comfort of their homes by simply dialing *247# on their mobile phones. This USSD code will be used across networks.
Pesatoday.com reported that the code will also help customers to download their back statements, pay bills and to transfer cash among other online cash services.
The Bank confirmed that these services will be available 24 hours a day and anyone who wants to use the code will do so without interruptions unless it’s a service provider issue.
“Enjoy the freedom to bank seamlessly! Simply dial *247# to check your balance, download your statement, pay bills, transfer money and much more…anywhere, anytime and on any network,” Equity Bank stated.
