Wednesday, May 15, 2024 –Manoah Esipisu, former Ambassador United Kingdom UK, has officially left office after his recent replacement.
Addressing this yesterday Tuesday May 14 from London during the handing over in ceremony, Mr. Esipisu thanked President William Ruto for having faith in him for a full year.
“Today I bid farewell to the famous No. 45 Portland Place London. Great staff. Great moments. A fine Innings. Thanks to HE President William Ruto for retaining me in post and grateful for the opportunity to serve Government in diplomacy & communication,” he shared the message with the members of the public.
He was later conferred with a professorship Honorary by the University of Manchester in the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health.
“Absolutely thrilled by University of Manchester awarding me a Honorary Professorship in the Faculty of Biology, Medicine & Health recognising our contribution building a strong partnership for research on oesophageal cancer,” revealed Esipisu.
A section of Kenyans at home lauded the diplomat and former spokesman for being a dedicated public servant throughout his tenure that spans decades.
“In your service to the country, you have epitomized true servant leadership. A great Kenyan ambassador. We are all proud of you… your mother is “more proudest” Ezekiel Esipisu commented.
Another citizen identified as Shem Ocholla celebrated Esipisu as an excellence servant of the people who represented his government well in all the capacities she served.
