Tuesday, February 13, 2024 -The court sitting in Nairobi has moved further orders Suspending eCitizen for parents.
Ministry of Education had directed parents and guardians to pay school fees via eCitizen; but High Court judge Justice Chacha Mwita, today Tuesday, delivered yet another blow blocking the move.
In his ruling, Chacha Mwita stated that the government would not be affected in any way.
The case is set to proceed for mentioning on April 17, 2024.
