Wednesday, February 14, 2014 -Jimy Wanjigi has disclosed when he will be officially starting his struggle of opposing the governmentof President William Ruto.
Making his address on Tuesday February 14 from Nairobi, Wanjigi promised to mobilise Kenyans across the country to demonstrate against the regime citing the ever-escalating cost of living.
The tycoon referenced his stand on what he promised Central Region people that, due to the high cost of living, he will not just sit quiet but to help the country find a lasting solution by confronting those in power.
“When I was in Kiambu in January, I told them I had given Ruto only three months and already one month is gone. Come April, we are going to swing into full action.
“If life will continue taking us to this direction, I assure you we will change this by force by fire,” he charged.
The city businessman noted that the president knows him well that he is not juts a talking man but he implements anything he says.
Weeks ago, the tycoon held with Raila Odinga a private meeting in a city hotel where they agreed to work together on over-sighting the government.
Though details of their daylong meeting were not shared with the public, insiders leaked that the two were planning to reunite against Ruto.
And speaking in the ongoing ODM Party mobilisation meetings in Mombasa County, Secretary General Edwin Sifuna announced that Ruto will be made a one term president as Kenyans are already tired with his style of leadership which doesn’t resonate well with the masses against what he promised during his 2022 campaigns.
The Nairobi city senator told their supporters to remain steadfast in the opposition because the current government will be living office in 2027 when now the opposition will officially take over and correct the mess.
