Tuesday, August 27, 2024 -Secretary General United Democratic Alliance UDA Party Hassan Omar has asked Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua to leave the party if dissatisfied.

Speaking in a video clip seen going round the internet and flanked by supporters, a fearless Hassan advised Gachagua to respect his boss President William Ruto or quit the Party.

“Learn to respect the Constitution. You are the principal assistant to the president,” he added.

Omar who recently replaced Cleophas Malala as secretary general further noted that Gachagua did not decide the political fate of President Ruto during the last election. He said Ruto won Mt. Kenya votes through his own hardwork.

“Mt Kenya Region voted Ruto not because of you but because of Ruto. It could have been Kindiki deputising Ruto and the results could have been the same,” he remarked.

According to Omar, Gachagua is a tribal bigort who cannot win any national contest.
