Current Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Gladys Boss Shollei is at the center of storm over Ksh 310 million 2013 fraud case.
During her tenure as Judiciary Chief Registrar, Ethics and Anti corruption Commission EACC found out that she procured chief justice residence irregularly and which remains unoccupied todate.
The charges accuse the Uasin Gishu Woman Representative of abusing her office and mishandling the project’s planning.
Alongside Shollei, EACC also seeks prosecution of her former deputy for similar offenses.
