Ambrose Dickson Otieno Rachier’s multimillion structure in Nairobi has been put up for auction.
A local digital news outlet reported that the prime residential property belonging to Kenyan Premier League champions Gor Mahia’s longtime chairman had been put up market bid.
According to an advert placed by Mbuli Auctioneers in one of the local dailies, the prime property was put on auction after their principals instructed them to go ahead with the selling.
The property is a five-storey residential building located within the neighbourhood of Winners Chapel, Within Road C off Likoni Road in Nairobi County.
”Under instructions from our principals, the chargees, in the exercise of their statutory power of sale, we shall sell by Public Auction on Wednesday, December 18 2024 at 11.00 am in our offices on Kimathi Street, Nairobi CBD, the under-mentioned properties and all the improvements erected thereon,” the advert read in part.
