In a revelation he shared through an official statement on Monday December 16, Lawyer Havi who had just met Mr. Sonko at his offices, disclosed that he had been shown compelling documents to prove that the said High Court judge, finally, took Ksh 200M from the second party after Sonko failed to raise the figure.
“Just had a meeting with Governor Mike Sonko. I am shocked beyond belief. A Judge asked for Kshs 150M. The Judge then reached out to the other party and asked for Kshs 200M. He received 200M in £. All documented. Indeed, this is the Commercial Division of the High Court of Kenya,” remarked havi.
