Wednesday, May 3, 2023 – Singer Sanaipei Tande born Natasha Sanaipei Tande has been trending all day long after she posted, somewhat, seminude photos on her Instagram page.
The move saw her fans deliver varied reactions with a section not happy with her actions while the rest lauding her for her continued relevance in the music industry.
In the photos which Homenews.co.ke writers stumbled upon online, sexy Sana is wearing a short dress that left half of her body out while sitting on a bed in a dim lit room somewhere in Nairobi.
The images saw some sections argue that she had become of age and she should always put on respectful dresses having been in the industry for now too long.
“At 47 years, Sanaipei Tande should stop posting unpleasant semi-nude images and retire respectfully like Avril. Find someone and settle, hata Kama ni Asamoh.
“Also, she can start an institution and nurture young talents. We appreciate your contribution in the music industry,” Bookman commented.
Another user blasted the veteran singer saying her status both in the society and music industry do not allow her to continue putting on short dresses and miniskirts.
“I have known Sanaipei Tande as one of the best actress and artist in Kenya for long. Just like Churchill, it is time she starts mentoring young people and stop posting those thirsty traps,” Rajini Nicolas viewed.
Her colleague in the music industry, Suzanna Owiyo, saw nothing wrong with the wardrobe and urged trolls to keep off Tande’s private life.
“Let Sanaipei Tande be. I don’t see any problem with her dressing & to all ladies out there, no matter your age, be you, do you. Let no one tell you that you’re ever past your prime,” Owiyo responded to the trolls.
Singer Tande started her music career way back in 2000 with a young music group Sema before branching off into solo projects. Among the hit songs she has since unleashed include, Kwaheri with Jua Cali, Wangu, Amina, Najuta, Aiyana, Geti Kali, Rastaman among many others.
If you know Sana, you will probably remember the then popular pop group ‘Sema’ of the early 2000 which was made up of her, Pam Waithaka, and Kevin Waweru, they rose to stardom after winning the Coca Cola Pop Stars talent search in 2004.
