Friday, July 1, 2022 –New business requires patience because during the first couple of months or simply say first year, nothing good will be coming out of it and you could be tempted to shut it down.

Nonetheless, no business has ever worked within its first six months of establishment. In fact, prudence requires that when starting a business you should consider paying expenses early before they happen. Pay rents for a year so that you can focus on branding and marketing of your enterprise.

And as you do that, expect zero returns from the investment. Expect a drier season full of disappointments; and it is during this period that many people would opt out.

Data shows that over 40 percent of startups close down during their first five months because they come into the market with higher expectation and buzz of owning business and making money. Unfortunately, is never that easy. You will control business but you will not force it to grow the way you want.

If for instance, you are that kind of a person who wants fast things, then find something else to do because business is just like any living thing which grow and learn in stages.

Patience, consistency and focus makes the key ingredients in business success. The longer you keep doing it, the more people get to know what you are doing hence conversions.
