Friday, April 5, 2024 -Fierce Nairobi Lawyer Donald Kipkorir has faulted Government Spokesman Isaac Mwaura over his recent remarks on wrong fertilizer.
Taking to his highly followed X platform on Friday April 5, Lawyer Kipkorir said, Mwaura would have been publicly lynched in other ‘serious’ jurisdictions.
He noted that, by Mwaura defending fraudulent fertilizer and importers of the commodity, the government was making a grievous mistake that, seemingly, could treat the citizens with contempt.
“Government Spokesman Isaac Mwaura thinks all Kenyans have fake school certificates when he addresses us. It is only our leaders who have fake degrees. So, when he tells us that the fake fertilizer sold to farmers through government stores, NCPB, was “soil conditioning profuct”, he is stretching political conmanship to a new high,” Kipkorir stated.
He went on to assert that Isaac Mwaura’s utterances were not only reckless but also unfortunate and risky to his own life.
“Is lucky Kenya isn’t China. If we were China, Isaac Mwaura would have been executed by now for such brazen public deception,” he also said.
Isaac Mwaura on behalf of the government had detailed that the questionable fertilizer import in the country was safe and that just few bags had been opened.
He went on to urge farmers across the country to stop panicking as everything was under State control.
