It Could be a Scheme to cut Kikuyus to Size

Chris Akali

Most probably, the High Court ruling on who is the majority party in Parliament is a quiet plot by top leadership in the United Democratic Alliance UDA Party to fully work with Orange Party by accommodating Odinga.

With Kimani Ichung’ wah at risk to lose his plum position to ODM, you can’t tell me that this is something the ruling party was not aware of so that to stop it early.

It is highly likely that the ruling party wants to work with ODM and, ideally, Raila with his party are already willing to join forces so that Mt. Kenya Region can never take back power which politicians from that region falsely think they are entitled to.

A great alliance is forming which may necessarily not have Kikuyus on board now that they are still mourning Rigathi Gachagua who recently underwent a forceful cut!

And Speaker Moses Wetang’ula belongs to Kamiti Maximum having presided over the installation and the final swearing-in of Kimani Ichung’wah as the Majority leader in the Parliament. Wetang’ula ought to be charged and Ichung’wah ordered to refund salaries and allowances he illegally drew from that post for a period of two years now. It is tax payers money and has to be refunded in full not instalments.

It goes without saying that Mr. Moses Masika Wetang’ula is now a marked man as the court has also pointed out that he must drop the speaker seat because he is the official party leader of Ford Kenya. This is against the Constitution of Kenya. He knows it because he is an experienced lawyer who takes advantage of his office to bend the law in his favour.

After all, he cannot be treated special even within their Kenya Kwanza outfit when his senior Hon. Musalia Mudavadi had to relinquish his ANC political party to a different leadership so that to focus on running his public office.

Attempts to also see Wetang’ula delegate party leadership have always hit a dead wall to date. However, every monkey has her day and here is the day for heads to roll.
