Sunday, April 9, 2023 –Lawmaker for Lang’ata, Felix Odiwuor also Jalang’o, is taking flight classes in one of the top aviation institutions in the country.
The new Lang’ata Member of Parliament, on Saturday, April 8 , made this revelation adding that he had deliberately decided to keep it away from the public.
In an interview with Citizen Tv yesterday April 8, the legislator disclosed that he had already started his classes at the Wilson Airport. He defended that this is meant to fulfill his childhood dream of flying his own chopper.
To corroborate his claims, the flashy entertainer named DJ Mfalme as one of the colleagues he enrolled together with.
He went ahead to throw in a few flight jargons to prove to his host that he was actually serious with his future in aviation.
“I just need a private pilot license. One day you will see a plane approaching the airport and it will be my voice asking the control towers for permission to land,” Jalang’o chided.
The lawmaker explained that he kept his academic activities under wraps to avoid criticism from the community given that he holds key public office and some of his achievement need not to be linked to public money.
