Orange Democratic Movement ODM Party secretary general Edwin Sifuna now wants Mining and Blue Economy Cabinet Secretary Ali Hassan Joho to show up before the Senate for his conduct unbecoming.
Speaking today morning at Radio Citizen, Sifuna wondered why a man who is retiring the age of Joho can be engaging and threatening 19-year old boys and girls.
“This government don’t know how to talk to Kenyans. We will call Joho to tell us why he is threatening young men and women and should tell us why he is doing that – as who? Sifuna posed.
The Nairobi County Senator reminded the CS that he is nolonger the governor Mombasa or deputy party leader ODM and, therefore, he must speak as a Cabinet member not a politician in a rally.
“He is lucky we are going for a recess but come February, we will not have forgotten about this story. He will be summoned come what may,” added Sifuna.
The ODM elected senator went ahead to urge the country to continue speaking laud about their government and that they should ignore any attempts to gag them because this is aright in the Constitution.
