Jeremiah Kioni has rubbished claims that former president Uhuru Kenyatta’s younger brother Muhoho Kenyatta is joining William Ruto administration.
Addressing in a funeral function somewhere in Central Kenya today Saturday, Kioni stated authoritatively that, Muhoho is not interested in government positions as had been reported earlier.
“Muhoho should not be on your lips. That honourable man is not interested in anything. If he wanted positions he would have secured one of his own choice during Uhuru’s tenure,” Kioni rubbished.
The Jubilee Party Sec Gen further clarified that their party will be here to stay in the opposition with an agenda of removing President William Ruto from office the soonest
And on the recent meeting between Ruto and Uhuru, Kioni clarified that his party leader told Ruto what Jubilee has been standing for and, therefore, any more speculation is a complete waste of time.
He seized the opportunity to urge their Jubilee members and supporters to remain steadfast in the former rulling party.
Present in the event was Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka, Eugene Wamalwa and other political figures.
