Jubilee’s Hard-Hitting Response to Ruto

Tuesday, April 5, 2022 –Jubilee Party has hit hard at Deputy President William Ruto over his remarks on the government which he described as a ‘failed regime’ in his official statement of Monday April 4.

Jubilee Secretary General Jeremiah Kiono came out guns blazing with a detailed reply to the second in command whom he claimed was the greatest pretender the country has ever had.

MP Kioni wondered how a man who had refused to resign from office was attacking the government in which he still serves and enjoys salary and allowances.

He added that the character of Ruto had depicted a picture of a desperate politician who is using the poor to gain political clout.

“Ruto is taking advantage of the plight of Kenyans to earn political mileage while posing as a Messiah. As a DP, he cannot pretend to pose the same questions as Wanjiku would.

“It is sad, that despite being the second-in-command, he has become a serial complainer instead of offering practical solutions to Kenyans,” Kioni read the statement.

The Ndaragwa legislator went on to remind the DP and his stooges that they are the lazy State officers who have been globetrotting around the world using government money instead of working for the people. He singled out a recent UK/US tour by Ruto’s team saying the political exercise saw the country lose a whopping sh 200 M in just 10 days period.

He destroyed the DP saying it was wrong for him to cry over increased fuel prices instead of using his purported numbers to save the country if that is his problem, instead of doing nothing.

Kioni demonstrated to Ruto what leaders have to do instead of crying helplessly like other normal citizens saying by Uhuru signing the Supplementary Bill into law, this saw the country recover quickly from the biting fuel shortage.

“President Uhuru Kenyatta today offered practical solutions. This is what a leader does, DP Ruto, offer solutions, not empty rhetoric,” added Kioni.

He then said Ruto was heavily part of the current problems affecting the nation and that there is no way he can run away from this.

Kioni further said that a leader who always runs away from problems affecting the country is not worth being elected to be anything.
