Tuesday, June 22, 2021 -Former Kiambu Governor William Kabogo has reportedly revealed what they shared with Deputy President William Ruto who sometime back paid him a courtesy visit in Kiambu.

That in their talks with the second in command, they discussed pure national politics before the betrayal topic cropped up. In the discussion, Ruto complained to him about how the president had betrayed him at a critical hour.

The Stranded Digital of Monday June 21 reported that Kabogo, recounted how he asked Ruto about his relationship with Mr. Kenyatta and the DP replied it in a very weak manner accusing his boss of having “betrayed him at a very complicated hour”.

Just after their second election into office, Uhuru and Ruto severed ways where the former blamed the latter of sabotaging his regime through early campaigns.

Uhuru would quickly make another bold unexpected move by shaking hands with hsi arch-rival Mr. Odinga in what he argued would foster unity and calm in the country after a long acrimonious 2017 campaign period.
