Tuesday, May 10, 2022 –Wiper Democratic Party boss Kalonzo Musyoka has broken his silence moments after meeting Azimio running mate interviewing panel at Serena Hotel.
In his statement just minutes after leaving the panel’s room, Kalonzo noted that he was firmly behind Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya Alliance and its leader Raila AQmollo Odinga and he would support his quest upto the ballot.
The Wiper leader indicated his willingness to change the leadership of this country saying time for change was nigh through their Azimio government.
“The people have spoken very clearly. My conversation here today with Kenyan Eminent Fellows is a follow up on those endorsements of the new leadership in the Azimio,” he stated.
His appearance on the interview is coming at the time political temperatures seem to be picking high 3 months to general elections.
Others who were interviewed for the running mate position include Ms Martha Karua of Narc-Kenya, Sabina Chege of Jubilee Party and now Kalonzo Musyoka of Wiper.
Odinga is expected to be presented with only 3 names from which he will choose his preferred running mate.
