Kalonzo Team Paves way for Talks With Ruto

In his latest response to remarks made by former Premier Raila Odinga, Mavoko Member of Parliament Patrick Makau has claimed that Kalonzo Musyoka may finally work with William Ruto.

Addressing crowds at St. Paul Primary School in Athi River, MP Makau blamed Raila for reneging on all the MOUs signed between ODM and other parties and therefore making it hard to join him this time around.

Mr. Kalonzo was now tired of Raila’s political gimmicks and is poised to join forces with Ruto ahead of 2022 race. He added that Raila had turned that game in a habit which has to be brought to a sudden  stop.

“You all voted for Kalonzo and Raila here, but Kalonzo is being accused of barking when he declares interest in the Presidency. He is asking for his rights. I was there when Raila pledged to support Kalonzo in 2022.

“Raila we love and respect you, but you must respect us too. We don’t need your support. ” Makau threatened.

He added that even without Odinga’s support, Wiper Party would have a stab at the presidency no matter what.

“We are running on our own and we are seeking other coalitions. You can fool people for some time but you can’t fool them all the time,” the MP added.

He therefore concluded by saying their Wiper Party would see if Ruto could join them or the vice versa since there are never permanent enemies in politics just like Raila is working with Uhuru today.

The past few weeks have seen Kalonzo and Raila trade ugly jabs over the 2022 succession with the former accusing the latter of dishonesty
