Monday, July, 26, 2021 -Raila Odinga might be beaten early by Deputy President William Ruto in the next general elections.
Former Deputy Speaker in the National Assembly Farah Maalim on Monday July 26 noted that, though he may not be a friend to Ruto and will never support his ideologies, the DP stands a high chance of winning next race.
The Deputy Party leader in the Wiper Party which is led by Kalonzo Musyoka added that considering the current political dynamics, Ruto is ahead of the rest.
He was speaking this while appearing on TV 47 where he also opined that Raila by 2022 may not have the clout he used to enjoy in the past elections. This is because he had abandoned so many supporters when he joined hands with Uhuru.
That Odinga has for decades been savior for this country who many tribes apart from Central Region relied on for direction; he has however lost this support after he went for a deal with Uhuru.
According to Maalim, Ruto is now enjoying the huge space left behind by Mr. Odinga through his rallying call of the Hustlers – a class war that is promising him a bright political future.
So may suffering and dissolutioned Kenyans want someone who they can resonate with, and this Ruto has perfectly come out with more than any other presidential hopeful.
