Tuesday, January, 23, 2024 -Nakuru Senator Tabitha Karanja is now calling for quick impeachment of Governor Susan Kihika.
On Tuesday, January 23, the first time lawmaker called on Members of the County Assembly MCAs to impeach the Governor over laxity and lack of commitment.
The Senator accused the Governor of failing to demonstrate leadership leading hence leading to constant wrangles between the Nakuru County Government and the management of the Nakuru War Memorial Hospital.
This war has culminated in patients suffering in a war that is not theirs.
For instance, recently, a family confronted a Nakuru Kanjo at the medical facility after the staffer disconnected a dialysis machine from their relative’s bed what led to a serious case.
Karanja and Kihika are known for having supported each other in the last elections.
They both belong to United Democratic Alliance UDA Party of President William Ruto.
Kihika was Senator before paving way for Ms Karanja – a first timer.
