Monday, June 21, 2021 -Kenya Broadcasting Corporation KBC has rebranded in its effort to compete with the modern media houses sprouting up everyday in the country.
In their star-studded event held in Nairobi today Monday Juen 21, the national broadcaster unveiled a new lineup most of who are experienced old media figures in the country. Among the names are Cynthia Nyamai, Shiksha Arori, Tom Mboya and the legendary Catherine Kasavuli among some few others.
KBC Managing Director Naim Bilal commented that the new look newsroom will make sure every one in the country has something to consume everyday.
“I want to assure Kenyans that the new look KBC has something for everyone. To our advertisers, we wish to indicate that KBC has the widest signal reach in Kenya that you can take advantage of,” Bilal stated during the event.
He added that among the improvements they have done in their relaunch exercise is to upstage their signals countrywide for a clear and reliable distribution.
