Monday, May 30, 2022 –Mt Kenya people only loved Deputy President William Ruto for his money. Kenya Kwanza running mate Rigathi Gachagua has finally revealed.
In a fresh video recording which has been doing rounds on major social media platforms around the country on Monday may 30 afternoon, Rigathi can be heard admitting that his Mt. Kenya Region was only interested in Ruto’s deep pockets.
A source claimed that this video was recorded when he was speaking during a forum in Nandi County where he disclosed that money was the key factor in endearing DP to the Kikuyus.
“Money is a good thing, it is the key to the heart and the breaker of the Mountain, and because we in the region love money, we chose to support Ruto. He has a plan on how we will get the money, and anyone who has a plan on how we will get money becomes our friend,” noted Gachagua.
Gachagua is currently on a tour around Rift Valley Region and he is using the opportunity to explain why Kalenjins must start embracing money just like Kikuyus do.
“All these women you see here who have begun ageing, when they get money, they will become young again. And when the men get money, the respect they have in their homes increases,” he further chided.
This clip has since created anxiety within their own Kenya Kwanza coalition with a section now questioning the sincerity of Gachagua in making Ruto the next president.
On the other hand, Azimio is also happy to learn that the DP was almost being exposed by people he has trusted to help deliver for him August 9 victory.
