Raila Odinga was, recently, spotted with former President Uhuru Kenyatta in Mombasa just days after meeting President William Ruto still in Mombasa but a different venue.

Though, it is hard to exactly tell what he discussed with Dr. Ruto and what, exactly, he discussed with Uhuru in those separate meetings, it is equally easier to guess the master plan.

Uhuru Kenyatta who is working, in the background, with Kalonzo Musyoka, hungrily wants Raila Odinga to rejoin weakened  Azimio so that to pile more pressure on William Ruto’s wobbling administration and, finally, remove him from office.

Uhuru must have met Raila after holding extensive talks with Kalonzo who has been struggling to meet ‘unavailable’ Odinga who just left the AUC race the other day. Remember Kalonzo prayed day and night for Odinga to lose the race so that he could come back to Azimio.

My guess, therefore, is, Uhuru, by all means, is going to lure Mr. Odinga using both words and billions. Uhuru could offer Raila anything on earth and any amount in billions to push him(Raila) away from Ruto. On the other hand, Ruto also has billions ready for Mr. Odinga. He can break the Treasury for Raila.

That said, Raila is going through a paralysis of choice. He currently doesn’t know which way to follow but should he decide to breakout from Ruto, the country will be happier than ever. He is going to regain back his lost support and have an instant overnight popularity that will send shockwaves into Ruto’s Kenya Kwnaza administration.

I know, for a fact that, this is the time for Raila to do a lot of reflection and soul-searching. He can also decide to make a lot money between now and 2027. Everyone wants to buy him including the Kikuyus who, all along, said Raila cannot be sold in their area.
