Saturday, September 11, 2021 -The middle-aged woman who was recently contained while trying to force her way to Dr. Fred Matiang’i in Kisii in a classic breach of security protocol has been exposed as a serial con artist.

The innocent looking lady identified by one name as Christine, a couple of days ago, bolted towards the cabinet secretary as he was boarding his chopper back to Nairobi after he had presided over the laying of foundation stone on Ibacho Level Four Hospital.

Asked why she was pressurizing to talk to Dr. Matiang’i, she explained that she had some urgent information she wanted to share with him and blamed the security personnel for blocking her away. She went ahead to claim that the CS too knows her since she once spoke with him on mobile phone.

“If I wanted money I would still have done it in another way by making call to the cabinet secretary. My move had nothing to do with money,” she narrated to the media.

However, in a contradicting and undated video clip released by a certain Gusii radio presenter, Christine is a notorious con lady who always pretends to be a dumb person to hoodwink important visitors mostly politicians for handouts.

In the video which is now gracing the internet, Christine can be seen pretending to be dumb so as to swindle some cash from the then Nairobi Governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko.

She could be seen busy fumbling with sign language to express herself to Sonko who got convinced that she had a problem and offered her a whopping sh 10,000 with a pledge to support her further through another lady who looks like her accomplice. And as this went on, Christine could be seen gulping some liquid drugs down her throat to prove that she was really struggling with unknown lung infections. Click here
