KNEC Proves Oscar Sudi Forged all Academic Papers

Wednesday, October 27, 2021 –Controversial Kapsaret Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi never sat for Secondary final exams KCSE.

In a tension-packed court proceedings of Tuesday October 26, a female Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) official took the court through their investigations which had unearthed a lot of inconsistencies in MP Oscar Sudi’s academic background.

He allegedly forged many of the papers he presented to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission IEBC which in turn cleared him to run for public office.

Relying on the available information – the index number, the year of examination and the name of the candidate, KNEC checked the records for Highway Secondary School and established that the quoted code which was 401006 belonged to Parkland Secondary School.

“A code for Highway Secondary School according to records at the KNEC is 401005 and that is the KCSE examination for the year 2006. After establishing that, we also went through the records and established a candidate by the name Oscar Kipchumba Sudi did not appear in the year 2006 for either Parkland Secondary School or Highway Secondary School.

“So having established this part, the Kenya National Examination Council requested the commission to submit a copy of the said certificate for further scrutiny and to enable KNEC make a conclusive report on this issue,” read the report from the KNEC official.

The national examination body further disclosed that a detailed scrutiny through the credentials established that Mr. Sudi did not register for KCSE at Highway Secondary under the mentioned Index for Parklands since the real code for Highway Secondary during that year was 401005. But surprisingly Sudi’s Certificate read Highway High School instead of secondary school which is still the title of the institution todate.

In conclusion, therefore, KNEC officer stated that all the academic papers Oscar Sudi has been using all along to secure jobs in public offices were forged and fake.

Mr. Sudi – an ally of DP William Ruto – is the current Member of Parliament for Kapsaret Constituency under the ruling Jubilee Party.
