Friday, July 12, 2024 –A lady who works at a private organisation has shared her worrying predicaments at her work place.
In her long Facebook Group narrative dated July 6, Kerubo shared that her supervisor who is also a fellow lady doesn’t like her.
She claims that, she senior supervisor has been frustrating any of her efforts to get a promotion. Kerubo says, the jealous supervisor has been fearing that she will become bigger if allowed to be promoted. This is because Kerubo is a graduate from Eldoret University and very dedicated and lovable at work place.
“My supervisor doesn’t want to see me grow. Few months ago, she heard the company founder talk of promoting me but she kept quiet and never did any recommendations. Today is my sixth year working at the same position and and tired,” she disclosed in an emotional way.
