Monday, September 26, 2022 –Narok Senator Ledama Ole Kina has taken a direct swipe at former Machakos Governor Dr. Alfred Mutua.
Through his popular social media handles, the vocal Narok legislator pointed out how Dr. Mutua has been bugging President William Ruto so that to be named in the next Cabinet.
According to the report from Ledama, Mutua has remained monitoring every move Ruto is making so that he doesn’t miss in the list.
“My friend @DrAlfredMutua? Who are these gossip people talking about? I hope you flew back from the states buddy?” he posed.
That he even had to pay his own air ticket to the United States of America USA fearing that Ruto might draft the Cabinet list from there and forget to include his name.
The insecure Mutua is also reported to make sure he doesn’t miss any meeting or any public appearance anywhere the new president goes. This he does by paying for his own transport.
In reference to what is happening in the corridors of power, Ledama decided to support his argument using a fresh newspaper cutting.
“Senior Kenya Kwanza politician on the edge,” the newspaper cutting was titled.
Ruto who is yet to name his Cabinet, is taking his sweet time to find suitable persons; a great departure from his predecessors who, after their swearing in, named their cabinet immediately.
