Let Them Open the Servers if They Truly won – Raila

Friday, March 31, 2023 –Opposition leader Raila Odinga has now claimed that, if Kenya Kwanza won the last general election, it would be willing to open electoral servers for scrutiny by other parties.

Commenting on the matter on Friday March 31 morning, a resilient and hopeful Odinga wondered why it was taking long for the regime to open servers if at all it was confident of their August 9 Presidential victory.

The ODM Party leader, further, accused the Presidency of William Ruto of colluding with the IEBC and the judiciary, to aid the rigging that eventually saw his victory stolen.

“My people, they stole the election, the whistleblower clearly shows it. Otherwise they’d open the server; what’s the fear? They then corrupted the Supreme Court like they did with the IEBC,” he said.

Saying their time is up, Mr. Odinga took issue with the William Ruto-led wing of denying Kenyans their basic needs through removing subsidies on important commodities.

“Now they are stealing from Kenyans; refusing to subsidize the cost of living yet stealing from public coffers. At this instant, they are shooting and killing Kenyans. It has to stop on Monday. Their time is up. Let them count down the hours till Monday,” added Raila

On Thursday, Raila said next Monday protests will be the mother of all even as the government resolves to use excessive force to sell fear into his supporters.

Already, Majority leader Kimani Ichung’wah has threatened to incite the police to arrest and charge the opposition leader saying nothing will happen.

“I am urging police to arrest Raila Odinga for perennially putting Kenya on the edge with illegal and destructive protests,” he said

The Azimio coalition led by Raila resorted to anti-government rallies which resulted in demonstrations, Mondays and Thursdays with an aim of forcing government to reduce the cost of living as well as address in, a by-partisan manner, the electoral deficiencies.
