There was a fire exchange outside the White House on Monday August 11. Fresh reports reached our news desk.
In the melee, USA President Dr. Donald Trump had to be escorted out of a news conference after his Secrete Service agents shot one armed stranger.
The stranger, according to reports, was shot after he ran around the compound aimlessly and aggressively triggering an exchange.
Quickly, the SS agent walked straight to the stage, picked the president and led him away for safety but Trump returned after 15 minutes saying the situation had been contained. “Law enforcement shot someone, it seems to be the suspect,” he said.
K24 mentioned in its reporting that the incident occurred on the corner of 17th Street and Pennsylvania Ave just outside the White House perimeter wall.
It started when the 51 year old man approached the Secret Service officer, told him he was armed before the officer pulled a trigger at him aiming at his torso.
It is not clear upto now if at all it is true the strange man was armed or not but reports reaching our desk indicate that he was quickly rushed to hospital for first aid after the shooting.
Trump commended that he was not sure if the man was after his life or not but that there was nothing to worry about anymore.
Trump has had a rough time since he rose to power after Barrack Obama’s term and most of the time his public speeches have been interrupted with rowdy citizens opposed to his leadership style.
Most of time he is forced to use law enforcers to be able to carry on with his duties in some parts of America.
He is however expecting a re-election for the second term but whether Americans will again vote him or not this is still out in the jury.
Trump is the only president in the history of America that has faced unending leadership hurdles more than anyone else and who Americans think he is ruling them with an iron fist.
