Sunday, August 21, 2022 –Kenya Kwanza-allied lawyers have clashed with IT Cabinet Secretary Joe Mucheru over the Supreme Court case filed by Azimio brigade in challenge of the recent William Ruto’s victory.

Miguna Miguna speaking from Canada on Sunday August 21, expressed fear that the IT Minister was working all round the clock to cook figures in the open IEBC servers in favour of Mr. Odinga.

“Yes, you know that it’s TRUE, Mr @mucheru. You have been desperately using Chinese Hackers, Kidnapped IEBC IT experts, the Communication Authority of Kenya, @ezraCHILOBA, NIS and thugs from the @DCI_Kenya to subvert the will of the Kenyan people. But THUGS like you will fail!

“Patriots and Freedom Fighters: Watch that short man @mucheru and his co-conspirators 24/7 until President-Elect @WilliamsRuto is sworn in as the 5th President. Watch him even when he goes to the toilet,” Miguna charged at Mucheru.

His counterpart in Kenya, renowned Lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi joined him in calling out Mucheru indicating that they are not comfortable with his latest gestures in the IT Ministry.

“CS…why should I be concerned with this “man”? I’m not!” Nasir commented.

But in a sharp rejoinder, Mucheru challenged the two lawyers to focus on the big task ahead at the Supreme Court starting Monday, August 22.

“I think lawyers @MigunaMiguna and  @ahmednasirlaw should stick to their profession. Always  @mucheru this @mucheru that, don’t you have your own lawyers to deal with? It’s your big day at the Supreme Court tomorrow, FOCUS! or are you going to be spectators like me?,” he noted.

The Supreme Court presidential petition starts on Monday August 22 morning when Odinga’s lawyers officially file their case that will see the William Ruto’s victory upheld or rejected.
