Friday, October 8, 2021 -Bevalyne Kwamboka has refuted claims that she was given cash and enough stock for her chips business in Donholm, Nairobi.
This is after two days ago the United Democratic Alliance UDA politician Millicent Omanga bragged about having supported Kwamboka in kind and cash.
“Kwamboka is now sorted. Umbrella, cash and stock to boost her hustle. Mvua au jua haitamharibia biashara tena (Come rain or sunshine, she will not have to close her business). Now let’s go eat those chips,” Omanga said
However, the lady in question who is also a student in campus has come out to rubbish the cash claims saying she only received sh 350 potato sack with an umbrella.
In fact she goes ahead to clarify that though five umbrellas were shown in the photos doing rounds on social media, only one was left behind.
The vendor also revealed that the politician through her personal assistant also left with her two work aprons.
“For the clarification team, Millicent Omanga bought potatoes worth 350, came out of the vehicle with five umbrellas, took photos and returned,” she divulged.
Thank you so much @MillicentOmanga for the umbrella, aprons and waru, the clarification here was about the cash that was mentioned on your tweet that has made everyone believe that Niko na pesa ya mama miradi. I needed the umbrella you provided not the unseen cash you mentioned

The emerging details have put the character of the nominated senator to question as to why she would take advantage of poor people for her political reasons.
“Thank you so much @MillicentOmanga for the umbrella, aprons and waru, the clarification here was about the cash that was mentioned in your tweet that has made everyone believe that Niko na pesa ya mama miradi. I needed the umbrella you provided not the unseen cash you mentioned,” she added.
Ms Omanga is eying the Nairobi woman representative seat and her gimmicks, according to observers, are meant to only attract support for her 2022 ambitions.
