I bought a car from a city dealer in Mombasa and after paying my first deposit of Ksh 800,000, he went silent.
Attempts to reach him proved futile forcing me to travel to Mombasa because I reside in Kisumu where I also work.
When I went to Mombasa at his place of work, he started threatening me by saying he will kill me if I continue making that mistake of demanding either the car or a deposit refund.
