Morara Kebaso has met with former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua for a national conversation.
That’s fine because we have a democratic nation where everyone can associate with whoever he wants as long as they are not planning terrorism.
But I have a question for Morara, does he think Gachagua is the best leader right now or he is just meeting him for money? Gachagua speaks well to the people today just because he was impeached and now wants our sympathy. When he was in office, his language was poison. He used to talk trash and never blinked his eyes.
Morara should know how to gauge a leader. A good leader can be told when he or she is in power. How do they behave? The Gachagua in office was arrogant and high-handed. Gachagua out of office is now different. He has turned a pro-people. This is deceit.
We don’t want to take Gachagua back to power because he will still misbehave. Let’s deprive the fake MauMau son enough following, because, it is through this following that he will think he’s powerful once more.
He wants to use oyr numbers to negotiate his space back to power. In fact, his shareholders mentality is always made worse by numbers. Anytime he sits down with Kalonzo Musyoka, Eugene or Karua – or other leaders to negotiate alliances, he first throws in the numbers. He asks them, “what have you brought on the table?” Gachagua always starts his conversations on the platform of numbers and he always wants to be the principal at the top. In his mind he believes has numbers countrywide.
Am told he had a similar mentality when he used to deputize Ruto. He would always demand an upper hand in everything including being above his boss just because the Mt. Kenya bloc voted Ruto in large numbers.
The former DP is an annoying character who can’t become a team worker. He has dictatorial tendencies and wields arrogance to those he thinks are juniors and not of his tribe. Once he profiles someone, it becomes a permanent grudge against you.
Let’s not give this man hope of becoming anything again in this country. Let’s deprive him oxygen, meals and water until he drops dry.
