Wednesday, December 21, 2022 –Baby Sagini had gone through a lot in his life with fresh reports now confirming that he was defiled before his eyes were gouged out.
A follow up statement from former Nairobi Governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko has unearthed intriguing details that also indicate that his(Sagini’s) underage sister, Shantel, was molested not once not twice.
Sonko reported that doctors who are examining the little boy had found out that his health was not so good and needed an urgent attention.
“Baby Sagini has also been sodomised and was being treated,” he shared.
“Sagini’s sister, Shantel, has also come into the picture through the information we earlier gathered today from the ground and upon further investigation and tests, it has been confirmed that Shantel has been molested severally,” Mr. Sonko added.
The former Nairobi boss has said that it was becoming very difficult for him to keep the story of the family a top secret since it is more than just what was being seen and said in the public.
Sonko said, as a parent, he was convinced that the only way out to deal with such crimes in the society is through opening up.
The politician added that he will push to the end for justice to the affected young man while, at the same time, thanking the Kitutu Chache Member of Parliament MP Japhet Nyakundi as well as the human rights defendant Esnahs Nyaramba for their cooperation on helping Baby Sagini after the torture.
Sonko has since taken over the child’s case with a promise to seek not only justice but also to make sure he gets required overseas specialized medication.
