Thursday, June 9, 2022 –Outspoken Bahati Constituency Member of Parliament Kimani Ngunjiri has announced his support for Raila Odinga.
In an express address with the media on Thursday June 9, MP Ngunjiri who is a known Ruto ally in Nakuru hinted that he will start campaigning for Raila Odinga so that he(Raila) can beat William Ruto in the next general elections.
He said his renewed friendship with Nakuru Governor Lee Kinyanjui had made him have a sound reflection of who should lead this country after Uhuru Kenyatt is done with his second term.
A visibly angry Kimani took issue with Senator Susan Kihika whom he accused of mudslinging him for associating with Azimio allied wing.
“These mischiefs of investigating who my friends have to stop, I am married to one wife and the rest of the people have no business in my private life,” he said.
He wondered why some politicians in United Democratic Alliance UDA Party were busy monitoring him as if he had a permanent agreement with them.
He instead urged them to focus their energies on something else because he can decide who to and who not to vote for in the next polls.
The lawmaker also asked Nakuru residents to vote Governor Lee Kinyajui into office as well as Raila Odinga.
