Sunday, March 21, 2021 -Vocal Jubilee Vice Chairman David Murathe has predicted a difficult future for Deputy President William Ruto.
Reacting to the planned exit of Kimilili legislator Didmus Barasa today, Murathe through his Twitter account spelled doom for the newly formed United Democratic Alliance Party which he argued that it is an overrated outifit which will not survive past the next six months or so.
“Didmus Barasa now cleverly ditching his boss. He now has unsubscribed from CONMANSHIP politics preached by Ruto. I can confirm to you that you will have more Tanga tanga members ditching their leader,” Murathe said.

Murathe was reacting to news about Baraza’s plan to take a sabbatical leave from Ruto’s politics to focus his energy on the elusive Luhya unity.
Making the statement today, Barasa who held a press briefing at his Bungoma home, noted that he needed to rest from high octane politics which seems to consume a lot of his time.
“I will also use the break to consult and try reach out to Hon Mukhisa Kituyi, Hon Wafula Wamunyinyi, Hon Moses Wetang’ula and Hon Musalia Mudavadi for the purposes of working together and forging a united Mulembe political front,” he said.
Well-placed sources however, have disclosed to the media that there has been a cold war in the UDA Party after they performed dismally in the recent Kabuchai mini-poll. It is reported that Mr. Barasa over-promised but ended up under-performing.
Since then, the MP has remained a sidelined man in many DP Ruto’s political events countrywide.
