Sunday, January 16, 2022 –President Yoweri Museveni’s son Muhoozi Kainerugaba has cautioned those trying to split Kenya and Uganda’s relationship that they may not succeed.
In a Sunday January 16 afternoon tweet, the President’s son said it is not going to be easy to separate the lasting bond between the two nations under the watch of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his father’s government.
He affirmed that the tie between him and President Uhuru Kenyatta is and will last forever because the latter has been a good leader who doubles up as his role model.
“Anyone who thinks they can break the bond between Uganda and Kenya should first go ask Jesus Christ for forgiveness! God bless Uganda and Kenya!!” he wrote without mentioning names adding that, “I consider President Uhuru Kenyatta my elder and inspirational great leader in Africa”.
Of late, the Museveni’s son has been visiting Kenya with intentions of meeting his friend President Uhuru Kenyatta.
He would then post photos hanging with Mr. Kenyatta in a private restaurant somewhere within Nairobi.
