Thursday, November 4, 2021 –Lilian Ng’ang’a has accused her ex-husband Dr. Alfred Mutua of harassment despite having parted ways a couple of months ago.
In her press briefing accompanied by her lawyer Philip Murgor, Lilian on Thursday November 4 claimed that she has been a victim of constant threats from the governor who has promised to crush her for dumping him.
Mr. Mutua, she claimed, had already started taking back anything they got together including cars, and properties which he has already changed to his name without her consent.
She revealed that things started falling apart when she attended his birthday party held at Ole Sereni Hotel and which Raila Odinga was the chief guest.
“Mr. Mutua, accompanied by his police guard, Martin Nzinghi arrived at my apartment parking lot at Kileleshwa, Nairobi, and without my knowledge or consent and using a spare key which he had illegally obtained, drove way my personal motor vehicle KBY 186G- a car which had been fully registered in my name since 2014,” read part of Lilian’s statement.
Further, Lilian ranted on live Tv that the governor had also transferred her shares in Ndash Enterprise Limited to sister Anne Mbandi Mutua.
She also seized the opportunity to state clearly that she is no longer in any friendship with the governor and they do not talk as he has been claiming on his media interviews.
Lilian revealed that they had met with Mutua on September 22 when they held a lengthy discussion in which she asked for an amicable separation which he agreed. In their meeting was a mutual friend.
Through her lawyers, she now wants Dr. Mutua compelled to return anything he had taken away from her including the car and properties and to also cease from interfering with her new life.
