Tuesday, October 31, 2023 –Brian Mwenda has now claimed to be a professional legal consultant with clients overseas.
Addressing the matter on Tuesday October 31, Brian claimed that he works for international law firms including one in the United States.
He was speaking this in an interview on Radio Jambo today Tuesday, where he clarified that he works as a legal consultant with five top international law firms.
“I am a legal consultant.
“Have just been helping people to the best of my abilities in accordance with the Constitution. As a legal consultant, you go to court, consult and confer legal accruity but there is a limit to it.
Falling short of giving the firms’ names, he listed the U.S and another law firms based in Europe. He also mentioned the other three based in the African continent including Tanzania, Ghana and Nigeria.
“I have three African law firms that I am consulting for. There is another one in Europe and another in the US,” he stated.
Brian, who is currently facing impersonation charges in court, also noted that he would soon be making public his academic level.
He cited the presence of litigation as an impediment against him to discuss academic qualifications, publicly.
He said until the Directorate of Criminal Investigations DCI completes its investigations, he cannot delve into such discussions.
Earlier in another interview following his arrest, his father reported that the son had acquired all academic levels needed for one to practice law in Kenya.
