Nairobi County urgently requires another leadership and I am surprised that Governor Johnson Sakaja has been left at the top of the county upto now despite having terribly failed the city.
Why can’t Nairobi City be left to a Ministry in the National Government? All the Nairobi City governors have been a complete let down. A total flop and only go there to steal taxes they collect in billions every day.
The current Nairobi County boss is no different. He was elected by young men and girls who believed in his ‘dimples’ and were misled into thinking the guy was smart. He ended up not being one!
Mr. Sakaja has left Nairobi to the dogs and seems he has now thrown in the towel; he can’t rescue anything and now hangs on the coat of Raila Odinga to survive any external attempts to impeach him. I have, personally, never seen an impeachable character like Sakaja. I even thought he would be the first to be impeached before his brother in crime Rigathi Gachagua. But anyway his day is also coming.
I want to tell bad news to the Nairobians that they should never expect Sakaja to do anything good for them the remaining months. The guy gave up long ago and he is now into the lucrative business of making money and bribing senior party leader in the country for his life at the County.
Kileleshwa MCA Robert Alai, before last elections, was the first to raise an alarm over Sakaja’s credentials and ability to govern but the clever Nairobi residents ignored the advice.
Alai told city voters that Sakaja was never a graduate and he held a fake Degree imported from Uganda but no one wanted to hear this story. Today they are crying for help.
