Lawyer Nelson Havi has lamented the poor state of Nairobi’s roads, which include massive potholes, inadequate drainage systems, and the absence of sufficient street lighting.

Through a letter to the county boss Johnson Sakaja, the city lawyer demanded an immediate action addressing the issues.

“Should no action be taken, we will be compelled to reconsider our obligations as taxpayers,” Havi added.
